Thanks for holding...

And we're back! Hey, at least this time I didn't wait an entire year (or two) before posting something again!

I'm going to try and use this blog as a means of keeping me honest when it comes to my fitness and healthy eating goals. I figure if I use this as a sort of log/journal it might be useful to someone else down the road. And, if I put things in words, in public, then I'm more easily held accountable! Not that anyone reads this, but someday someone might!

So, from now on, expect updates from me as I try to accomplish my 2011 goals mixed in with the usual randomness.
